These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs through the Samveo online shop.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded with the confirmation of the order or the dispatch of the goods by Samveo.

4. Preise & Lieferung:
All prices stated include the legally applicable value-added tax, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made exclusively through the electronic payment methods offered in the online shop. The full purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order. Processing or shipping of the order will only take place after successful payment receipt.

Delivery Service:
We deliver exclusively within Germany.
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are specified in the respective product offer and may vary in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances.
The delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs are €4.99 per order, regardless of how many items are in the order.
Shipping is free for orders over €69.99.

5. Retention of Title:
The goods remain the property of Samveo until full payment is made.
6. Warranty:
The statutory warranty rights of the Federal Republic of Germany as well as the relevant regulations of the European Union apply.
