General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the Samveo online store.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract:
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded with the confirmation of the order or the dispatch of the goods by Samveo.
4. Prices & Delivery:
All prices quoted include the legally applicable value-added tax, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made exclusively through the electronic payment methods offered in the online shop. The full purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order. Processing or shipping of the order will only take place after successful payment receipt.
Payment methods:
We offer you various payment methods, including bank transfer, PayPal, Klarna , Amazon Pay and Credit Card.

Your payment is secure and will be processed after the order is completed.
Delivery service:
We deliver exclusively within Germany.
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are specified in the respective product offer and may vary in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances.
The delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days.
The shipping costs are €4.99 per order, regardless of how many items are in the order.
Shipping is free for orders over €69.99.
5. Retention of title:
The goods remain the property of Samveo until full payment is received.
6. Warranty:
The statutory warranty rights of the Federal Republic of Germany and the relevant regulations of the European Union apply.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy):
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email or at our address. Please send the return to [Your Address]. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will refund you the amount using the original payment method.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. The refund will be made in the same way you paid.
